[Hiring] Bilingual Customer Support Specialist @HOS247 LLC

Role Description

This is a full-time virtual (work-from-home) Customer Support contractor position in Mexico. You will be working with English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers in the USA and Canada. We’re looking for team players who bring a desire to have an impact on the organization and are ready to grow into upper-level positions quickly.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Tech-savvy
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or sales roles serving English-speaking customers
• Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with days off scheduled during the week
• Familiarity with Zendesk Support is a plus
• Previous residence in the US is a big plus
• Must be able to pass a background check

Requirements

• Compensation: USD 1000 - USD 1200 monthly
