[Hiring] Strategic Partnership Relations Manager @Human Intelligence

Role Description

As our Strategic Partnership Relations Manager, you'll manage the complete partner lifecycle—from onboarding and relationship development through strategic planning, communication, performance reviews, expansion opportunities, and long-term success.

You'll work closely with Executive Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and external partners to ensure every partnership delivers meaningful value.

This is an AI-first relationship leadership role. You'll actively leverage AI to improve communication, meeting preparation, documentation, reporting, relationship intelligence, account planning, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Strategic Alliances.
• Demonstrated experience managing executive-level relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent organizational capability.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.

Benefits

• Employment Type: Independent Contractor
• Location: Fully Remote
• Monthly Base Compensation: USD $750–$1,000 per month, depending on your partnership management experience, communication capability, commercial thinking, AI proficiency, and overall alignment with the role.
• Performance Incentives: Monthly KPI and performance incentives based on partnership growth, relationship quality, strategic initiatives launched, partner satisfaction, commercial outcomes, and overall business contribution.
