Role Description

The Starknet Foundation is seeking a Senior Generalist to join our Growth team. This role involves:

• Taking ownership of strategy and execution across priority verticals (Privacy, Bitcoin, Quantum, RWA).
• Identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships end-to-end to strengthen Starknet’s infrastructure stack.
• Developing commercial proposals that drive growth across the Starknet ecosystem.
• Collaborating with product, ecosystem, and marketing teams to build new solutions for partner ecosystem success.
• Partnering with legal, finance, and operations teams to support existing and upcoming partnerships.
• Representing Starknet at conferences and industry events to enhance visibility and connection to top-tier projects.

Qualifications

• Senior generalist with a proven ability to operate cross-functionally across strategy, BD, partnerships, and product development.
• Crypto and DeFi native with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
• Ideal background in banking, management consulting, or legal training, with experience at a Tier one company within the industry.
• Strong commercial and research skills, including the ability to build clear business cases and financial models.
• A deep crypto network and a track record of building senior relationships with DeFi protocols, LPs, and financial institutions that generated revenue/growth.

• Self-starter with high energy, motivation, and ambition.
• Comfortable defining success for a specific vertical, identifying gaps, and reallocating efforts toward the highest-value opportunities.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong deal experience and negotiation skills.

We are a globally dispersed, remote-first organization. However, for this role, we are partial to candidates based and with networks in: APAC (Singapore/HK) and NYC.
