Role Description

The Business Development Representative will drive outreach and lead generation by connecting with UK-based real estate agents and agencies. The role will focus on executing multi-channel prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn, engaging prospects, adapting outreach strategies based on live market feedback, and securing quality sales conversations.

The successful candidate will work directly with cross-functional agency and software team members to refine messaging and close deals, with a target of consistently generating 15–20 booked and attended quality meetings per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Target, prospect and engage UK-based real estate agencies and agents.
• Execute B2B outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Build effective multi-channel sales cadences.
• Generate and secure 15–20 booked and attended quality meetings per month, focusing on quality over call volume.
• Pitch digital marketing solutions with clear articulation, deep market understanding, and a strategic, consultative mindset.
• Engage prospects and adapt outreach strategies based on live market feedback.
• Work directly with cross-functional agency and software team members to refine messaging and close deals.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience selling digital marketing solutions to UK customers.
• Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with the real estate agent/property market.
• Prior background in SaaS or digital marketing agencies.
• Proven track record in B2B outreach and multi-channel prospecting.
• Proven experience building sales cadences across LinkedIn and email.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with highly clear articulation.
• Strong communication and articulation skills.
• Prior SDR/BDR experience is desirable.
• CRM experience with HubSpot or Go High Level is desirable.
• Property market background is desirable.
• An existing home office setup is preferred.

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM UK time, including a 1-hour lunch break.
