[Hiring] Business Development Representative @Bedrock Facility Solutions

Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Representative who can start conversations with new companies. You will research accounts, reach out to the right people, learn how they manage facility work, and schedule meetings when there is a real fit.

• Research multi-location companies in industries such as restaurants, hospitality, retail, healthcare, real estate, and entertainment
• Identify the operations, facilities, finance, and ownership leaders involved in facility decisions
• Reach out to prospective clients through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Learn about each company before contacting them so the outreach is relevant
• Ask thoughtful questions about their locations, maintenance responsibilities, service-provider relationships, work orders, assets, and reporting needs
• Determine whether there is a potential fit for Bedrock’s managed facility services, Pebble, or a combination of both
• Schedule qualified meetings and provide clear information before each handoff
• Keep prospect information, notes, activities, and follow-ups current in HubSpot
• Follow up consistently with prospects who may not be ready for an immediate conversation
• Share feedback from conversations so the team can continue improving its outreach

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communication by phone and email
• Strong organization and consistent follow-through
• The ability to ask good questions and listen carefully
• Comfort starting conversations with people you have not spoken with before
• A willingness to learn about facility management and multi-location operations
• The ability to work independently while staying accountable to clear goals
• Previous outbound B2B sales or prospecting experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is helpful
• Experience in facility services, commercial services, CMMS software, SaaS, or multi-location operations is a plus
