Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role plays a crucial part in the early stages of our sales process, focusing on generating and qualifying leads to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be proactive, goal-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting activities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with marketing to leverage inbound lead sources and campaigns.
• Research target companies and industries to gather relevant information for effective outreach.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to articulate their value proposition to potential clients.
• Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients through various channels.
• Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and collaborate on strategies for improvement.
• Assist in the development and refinement of sales scripts and outreach strategies.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and qualification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to excel in a sales-oriented role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
