[Hiring] Business Development Representative @Duetto Research

Role Description

This is a remote role based in Florida, supporting the LATAM territory as part of our global Business Development team. If you're energized by opening doors, sparking meaningful conversations with hospitality decision-makers, and building pipeline that drives real business impact, this could be a great fit.

As a BDR at Duetto, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers across LATAM:

• Qualifying inbound leads
• Running targeted outbound campaigns
• Partnering closely with Regional Sales Directors to turn prospects into qualified opportunities

It's a fast-paced, high-impact role that gives you real visibility into how a global SaaS sales organization operates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role — ideally in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology
• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus if you'll be covering Brazilian accounts)
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage senior decision-makers across LATAM markets from the first conversation
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Apollo or HubSpot
• A proven ability to stay organized and maintain quality at volume

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, travel, or technology
• Prior experience selling into hotel groups, casino operators, or resort brands in Latin America
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted prospecting or lead intelligence tools (Clay, 6sense, Gong, Chorus, etc.)
