Role Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is based in the US and works across the lower 48 US time zones. The BDR plays a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential clients, driving new business opportunities to fuel our growth.

• Implement strategic outreach to potential clients, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, with a focus on creating highly qualified leads.
• Engage with potential clients at their offices or on their job sites to build deeper connections throughout the sales process.
• Close deals with smaller accounts, ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success team.
• Partner with the Account Executive to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies based on campaign results and market feedback.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, tracking interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and increase brand visibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within a SaaS environment.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.
• Experience in lead generation and sales tactics.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Legally eligible to work in the US.

Requirements

• On-Target Earnings: $100,000 - $130,000 USD Annually (base + commission)
