[Hiring] Business Development Representative @Corestream

Role Description

Corestream is seeking a Business Development Representative who will be prospecting into large enterprise organizations to empower them to offer employees more choice and support through Voluntary Benefits, or to solve issues with their current voluntary benefit solution. This individual will hunt for potential customers through an outbound prospecting motion (plus some inbound leads), with the ultimate goal of qualifying good-fit prospective clients and setting up the sales team with meetings for legitimate sales opportunities.

Location: Corestream is headquartered in Tampa, FL, but this is a remote opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Generate legitimate, well qualified top-of-funnel opportunities for the Sales Team through detailed company and contact research and disciplined outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, & more
• Grow, manage and maintain warm leads list and top of the funnel pipeline
• Strategize with Sales team to identify and target key prospects
• Continually improve and innovate BDR processes for future team members
• Work closely with B2B and Sales Enablement to bring various campaigns and messaging to life

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in generating sales opportunities with enterprise level organizations in technology or SaaS (benefits world is a plus)
• Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the discipline to succeed in a remote environment
• Natural curiosity with a thirst to solve problems for prospects/customers
• Coachable, with a propensity to learn and improve upon sales skills
• Execution focused, has a knack for getting things done
• Strong written and verbal skills with an ability to convey complex ideas simply
• Proficient with CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as other sales technology platforms such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, & others
• Experience leveraging AI to reduce administrative BDR work in order to spend more time on revenue generating activities
