Role Description

We are looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Representative (BDR) that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment at a Fortune 50 technology company. The rep will be responsible for processing quality leads as well as following up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. With Base + Commissions + Bonuses, you can easily reach your goals and surpass them!

Location: Florida, USA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• You should be persuasive and committed to achieving business goals.
• Actively source new sales opportunities through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Assess or create opportunities for NB’s Products. Qualify the prospect and systematically introduce Sales to engage further.
• Ability to seed ideas and tell product stories to potential customers to draw their attention.
• Conduct research on market trends and competitors.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Update the CRM system on a regular basis.
• Utilize virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
• Enthusiastic self-starter with a strong drive to succeed.
• Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hunter mentality.
• Experience in cold communications, client limitations, and inside sales is a plus!

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience.
• Proven track record in call handling both incoming & outgoing.
• Must have SaaS experience.
• Knowledge and experience of North America and EMEA market segments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Expertise in working with Salesforce.com (must).
