Role Description

Every day, researchers at places like Harvard, Yale, Bayer and Novo Nordisk are running clinical trials that could become real treatments. They need the right participants to move forward. Your job would be to reach those researchers, start the conversation, and turn their interest into new qualified deals for Trialfacts.

You don't need sales experience — we'll teach you our market, our tools and our whole sales process. What you bring is the part we can't teach:

• The drive to hit a target
• The confidence to reach out to senior people
• The grit to keep improving through rejection

What you'd actually do:

• Find the right researcher
• Learn enough about their work to be genuinely relevant
• Write them a short, sharp email worth replying to
• Handle the conversation and book the call for our account team

It's all email — no cold calling — and you'd own your research, your messages and your numbers.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates, career changers and early-career candidates are all encouraged to apply
• Previous SDR, BDR or target-based experience is a plus, even if it's less than a year — but it's not required

Our clients are academic health researchers at universities in the US and Australia, plus a growing commercial segment that includes pharma, biotech, CROs, and research sites.

We've been doing this for 19 years. 1,097 studies. 476 client organisations. 35,000+ participants enrolled. 35 team members across 7 countries. Our mission is to accelerate cures in 10 major diseases, and the researchers and sponsors you email are working on real studies that could become treatments.

We've decided cold email here should be one well-researched email at a time, not a high-volume blast. The credibility is real (Harvard, Yale, Bayer and Novo Nordisk clients, over a thousand studies, a 0.7% refund rate), and there's a lot worth writing about. What's missing is someone to turn that into outreach researchers and sponsors actually reply to.
