[Hiring] Business Development Representative @Aleph

Role Description

As one of the early members of our Business Development team, you'll own the top of that funnel: finding the right companies, reaching the right people, and turning cold outreach into qualified pipeline our Account Executives can close.

This is a pure outbound, hunter role. You're not working inbound leads or waiting on marketing hand-offs -- you're creating interest from a cold start through sharp targeting and a strategic, multichannel motion. High-performing BDRs at Aleph have a clearly defined Path to AE, and we invest heavily in coaching and development to get you there.

Responsibilities

• Build target lists of companies and decision-makers who fit our buyer profile
• Run high-volume outbound calls to qualify interest and book meetings
• Personalize messaging across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to stand out in a crowded inbox
• Track and manage your pipeline so nothing falls through the cracks
• Continuously refine your approach based on what's converting and what isn't

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional work experience (sales background is a plus, not required)
• Strong phone and written communication
• Comfort with data and CRM tools
• Ownership mentality and attention to detail
• Drive to move up fast in a competitive market
