[Hiring] Associate - User Growth @Paytm

Role Description

We are looking for energetic and self-driven professionals to join our Offline User Growth Team. The role involves identifying growth opportunities across the city, building relationships with merchants, businesses, institutions, and communities, and driving on-ground user acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit markets, shops, restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, and other high-footfall locations to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and manage partnerships with regional/local brands and businesses.
• Identify and develop corporate, college, institutional, and community partnerships.
• Engage with merchants, customers, and local communities to understand market needs and provide relevant feedback.
• Identify new opportunities for user acquisition, brand visibility, and local marketing initiatives.
• Support execution of merchant programmes, college activities, community initiatives, and other local campaigns.
• Work closely with internal teams to take identified opportunities from initiation to closure.
• Maintain regular tracking of visits, opportunities, partnerships, and execution.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the local market/city.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting different stakeholders.
• Ability to independently identify opportunities and follow up consistently.
• Good command of the local language.
• Candidates with experience in field sales, business development, partnerships, merchant acquisition, market development, or similar roles would be relevant.
