[Hiring] Training Engineer @SYSTRA

Role Description

This role primarily focuses on internal operations and strategic support activities. The overall workload represents approximately 4–5 months on a part-time basis, delivered flexibly over a four-month period rather than consecutively. The assignment may include one, or at most two, short on-site engagements.

• Lead the coordination and governance of client training initiatives to ensure successful delivery and alignment with project objectives.
• Design and oversee comprehensive training plans and schedules, ensuring timely execution and quality standards.
• Monitor training progress and proactively manage follow-ups against agreed milestones.
• Identify, appoint, and manage subject-matter experts responsible for training delivery.
• Consolidate, review, and validate training materials and presentations prior to deployment.
• Act as the primary coordination interface with training experts, ensuring seamless preparation and delivery of client training programs.
• Support on-site training execution indirectly, with training delivery conducted by designated experts.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience (experience in Metro or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly preferred).
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and program oversight capabilities.
• International exposure is a plus; expatriate profiles are welcome.
