[Hiring] Talent Leader @Advantage HQ

Role Description

We’re looking for a strong people leader to lead and develop our Creative Talent Management team. This person will be responsible for building a high-performing team that consistently sources, vets, onboards, and coordinates creative talent to support our performance marketing campaigns, UGC production, design, and other creative initiatives.

• Own team performance, develop talent management processes, and ensure the team delivers qualified creative talent within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Coach and develop team members, establish clear performance expectations, and address performance gaps.
• Build systems that support efficient and consistent execution as the business grows.
• Anticipate talent needs, manage team capacity, and align priorities with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative talent management, talent acquisition, creative recruitment, or a related function.
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience, including coaching team members, managing performance, and driving team results.
• Demonstrated success in developing team members, managing underperformance, and improving individual and team performance.
• Strong understanding of creative talent sourcing, screening, vetting, onboarding, and freelance talent coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, deliver feedback, resolve issues, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Experience establishing and managing KPIs, monitoring results, and implementing corrective actions or performance improvement plans.
• Experience supporting creative, marketing, advertising, content production, or other project-based talent needs.
• Experience improving workflows, documenting SOPs, and building scalable operational processes.
• Ability to use performance data to evaluate team productivity, identify bottlenecks, and make operational decisions.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and tools used to manage talent pipelines, team performance, and operational workflows.
