Role Description
We are seeking an I/O Psychologist to work with hiring managers on implementing new OPM merit hiring processes in support of a federal agency.
Qualifications
- Recent experience conducting job analysis and developing assessments from scratch.
- Recent experience developing processes or procedures to implement new OPM Merit Hiring policies in an agency.
- Recently performed Staffing Specialist duties in an agency that has recently implemented new OPM Merit Hiring practices.
Requirements
- Project management
- Training
- Consultation with hiring managers and senior management support
- Strong written/verbal communication
- SOP/Policy development
- IO Psychology or related background with experience developing scientifically sound job assessments
- Federal staffing experience (Staffing Specialist or consultation supporting Staffing)
