Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who gets energy from variety. One day you're running an intake call with a client who needs a hard-to-find specialist. The next you're headhunting a passive candidate who wasn't planning to move until they spoke with you. You'll be the person clients trust for real hiring insight, and the person candidates remember for how well they were treated.

The role is fully remote and permanent, with a competitive salary and performance-based incentives that reward what you deliver.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering great hires through full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles and industries
• Running client intake calls and detailed job debriefs so every search starts with a clear target
• Leading weekly client check-ins with pipeline updates and hiring insights that help clients make faster decisions
• Keeping strong, active candidate pipelines ready for every open role
• Partnering with onshore recruiters to give clients consistent, high-quality service
• Supporting business development with new and existing clients, and spotting new hiring needs within current accounts
• Engaging passive candidates and prospective clients through headhunting and cold outreach calls
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while giving every one of them a positive experience
• Writing and managing job advertisements and mining resume databases to find people others miss
• Keeping ATS records accurate and consistently meeting performance expectations

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across multiple industries
• Confidence making headhunting and cold calls to both candidates and clients
• Proficiency with MS Office and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
• Hands-on experience with job advertising, resume mining, direct sourcing, candidate pre-screens, and candidate database management
• Experience supporting business development efforts
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills
• A proactive, engaged, results-focused approach that stays steady in a fast-paced environment
• A reliable high-speed internet connection

Compensation & Work Model

• Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the screening process.
• This role includes performance-based incentives and bonuses.

• Remote (Global). You can work from anywhere in the world.
• Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
