  • Assists the Water Systems Coordinator with identifying recurring equipment issues, service trends, training needs, resource needs, and opportunities to improve maintenance procedures and service standards.
  • Verifies that completed work meets established standards and that repaired or replaced equipment is communicating and functioning properly following service.
  • Communicates outstanding repair, replacement, warranty, vendor-support, and remediation needs to the Water Systems Coordinator and assists with follow-through as assigned.
  • Maintains accurate documentation of inspections, service activities, equipment replacements, battery changes, identified leaks, repairs, completed work, and outstanding needs.
  • Supports new equipment installations, system upgrades, testing, and other water-conservation initiatives as assigned.
  • Travels to assigned properties to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, address complex service issues, provide technical support, and deliver training.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
