As a Senior GTM Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the Systems strategy and roadmap as a business partner for our Customer Engineering team. You’ll be responsible for owning a scalable, high-impact technology strategy that supports efficient, customer-focused processes.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ experience of success in Program Management, Product Management, or Business Systems roles.
• Proven experience managing GTM systems strategy, with a focus on optimizing systems and processes that largely tie back to Salesforce, BI, and agentic tools.
• A detail-oriented and process-driven mindset, with proven experience documenting processes, designing workflows, and managing projects with a structured, detail-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create polished, simplified summaries for senior stakeholders while also getting into the weeds with individual contributors.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering workflows.
• A willingness to actively participate in co-designing revenue systems in partnership with members of the business and engineering teams.
• A strong personal passion for revenue technology and leveraging it to maximize productivity in a business setting.
• A willingness to lean into both strategic and tactical execution, and the ability to discern which is most appropriate to solve a pain.
• Ability to balance immediate needs with a future vision, manage around ambiguity, and resourcefully create processes to support complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, address pain points, and prioritize requests.
• Oversee systems project lifecycles from intake through to completion, partnering cross-functionally with GTM, IT, Procurement, BI, Product, and Development teams.
• Pair GTM strategy with scalable technology for the team you support.
• Balance an AI-driven future state with the need to “keep the lights on” today.
• Remove silos across GTM teams by focusing on shared functionality.
• Establish yourself as a key resource within the GTM team for best practices and industry standards.

Compensation + Benefits

Compensation for this full-time position includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is:

• US Base Pay Range: $132,000 — $180,000 USD
