[Hiring] Senior Site Acquisition Specialist @Dewberry

Role Description

Dewberry is currently seeking a Senior Site Acquisition Specialist for our Real Estate and Commercial Development team. The ideal candidate would be in Danville, VA. We are open to remote candidates who meet the position criteria.

The Senior Site Acquisition Specialist is responsible for various lines of work including:

• Permitting
• Easement/lease review
• Utility modifications
• New build and renovation projects
• Site and EV permitting
• Various real estate-related projects

Responsibilities include:

• Tracking project deliverables, schedules, and financials
• Overseeing projections for timely achievement of milestone completion dates
• Working collaboratively with Dewberry’s multi-disciplinary teams
• Tracking projects and reporting schedules and forecasts on a site-by-site basis for clients

The successful candidate will report to one of our Program Managers and be responsible for:

• Successful execution of site-specific services
• Client satisfaction
• Project delivery and technical quality
• Coordinating site services within an established network of offices

The candidate will have access to corporate technical expertise and resources in addition to the demonstrated subject matter experts on our experienced team.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong interest in working for Commercial clients delivering integrated services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong skills using Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• A willingness to learn and expand knowledge in real estate, advanced technical programs, and business

Requirements

• The projected salary range for this position is $82,163 to $105,638 annually, depending upon skills, experience, location, and market conditions.
• This range is for our Danville, VA location only.
• Dewberry will not sponsor a new applicant for work authorization.
