[Hiring] Senior Property Manager @JLL

Role Description

JLL is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to provide direct management oversight for a complex group of properties serving institutional clients. This portfolio includes larger retail centers with a high percentage of national retailers, requiring a seasoned professional who can maximize NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL's clients.

• Oversee property management, operations, and maintenance.
• Build strong client and tenant relationships.
• Support the leasing team in driving occupancy and tenant mix strategies.
• Manage marketing initiatives, accounts payable and collections oversight, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industry.
• Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets in a multi-million dollar operation.
• Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and business development within the commercial real estate sector.
• Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• Real Estate License and Property Managers License, required within six (6) months if not currently licensed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as LEED GA, or equivalent industry credentials.
• Strong network of industry relationships and demonstrated thought leadership in real estate.
