Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. A growing Maryland-based financial-wellness company specializing in credit repair and homeownership preparation is seeking two client-facing VAs to assist with:

• Intake calls
• Credit consultations
• Client follow-ups
• Credit education

The VAs will help manage scheduled client conversations, review credit information, explain established processes, and coordinate next steps using client-provided guidance and training.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with reading consumer credit reports
• Experience in credit repair, mortgage lending, banking, or related financial services preferred
• Direct credit-repair processing experience is not required

Requirements

• Conduct scheduled intake calls with prospective clients
• Build rapport and gather information about client needs and homeownership goals
• Explain the company's services and general process using approved guidance
• Document relevant information and schedule follow-up appointments
• Review client credit reports and identify relevant account information and potential concerns
• Participate in and gradually conduct scheduled Zoom consultations as trained
• Conduct scheduled follow-up calls with existing clients
• Manage assigned appointments using the company's shared calendar
• Maintain accurate consultation notes, client records, and follow-up items
