[Hiring] Senior Manager-Architecture Practice @Peak & Peak GmbH

Role Description

We combine deep Consumer Goods expertise with Salesforce technology to transform how brands sell, plan, and execute in the market. In doing so we want to grow our Senior Management Team in Greece. We are looking for someone ideally based in Thessaloniki.

In that position, you shape the technical direction of complex Salesforce programmes and help grow our architecture practice. You combine architectural excellence with client advisory, people leadership, and commercial impact — turning business challenges into scalable solutions while empowering teams to deliver at their best.

Your tasks

• Architecture & Client Advisory
  • Lead solution design for complex Salesforce programmes, translating business challenges into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.
  • Advise senior client stakeholders, lead discovery and design workshops, and guide architectural decisions from concept to delivery.
  • Establish architectural standards and ensure solution quality across projects, aligned with Salesforce Well-Architected principles.
• Technical Leadership & Delivery
  • Guide Solution Architects, Technical Architects, consultants, and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Identify architectural risks, resolve technical dependencies, and ensure implementation aligns with the agreed solution design.
  • Drive innovation through reusable assets, modern Salesforce capabilities, and practical AI adoption.
• Practice & People Leadership
  • Develop our architecture practice through mentoring, recruitment, capability building, and strategic resource planning.
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Contribute to practice strategy, pre-sales, solution estimation, proposals, and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Architecture Expertise: Proven experience in Salesforce solution architecture and leading complex implementations, with a strong understanding of integrations, data models, security, and scalable solution design.
• Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills, confidence engaging senior stakeholders, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to complex business and technical challenges.
• Leadership & Team Development: Experience guiding technical teams, mentoring talent, and driving architectural standards, delivery quality, and continuous improvement.
• Commercial Acumen: Understanding of project economics, resource planning, and profitability, with the ability to connect technology decisions to business value and contribute to pre-sales and business development.
• Innovation & Growth Mindset: A proactive approach to developing reusable solutions, improving delivery practices, and leveraging emerging Salesforce and AI capabilities.
• Fluent English is required.

Requirements

• Nice to Have: Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud, Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, or related consumer goods processes.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Additional European languages (e.g. German, Portuguese, Greek, French etc) are a plus.
