[Hiring] Senior Insurance Fraud & Claims Investigation Specialist @Gramian Consulting Group

Role Description

We are seeking experienced Insurance Claims Investigation and Evidence Review Specialists to contribute to a specialized AI training and evaluation project focused on identifying staged-loss incidents and fraudulent insurance claims.

• Apply investigative and forensic expertise to analyze digital claim evidence.
• Reconstruct accident or loss events and assess the authenticity and causation of reported incidents.
• Work with CCTV and dashcam footage, scene photographs, witness statements, engineering reports, and other technical evidence.
• Produce clear, evidence-based assessments.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in special investigations, insurance fraud detection, forensic engineering, or fleet safety review.
• Professional judgment and ability to identify inconsistencies in complex claims.
• Previous AI experience is not required; investigative expertise is what matters most.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Special Investigations / Special Investigation Units (SIU)
  • Insurance Fraud Detection
  • Claims Investigation
  • Forensic Engineering
  • Fleet Safety Investigation or Review
• Demonstrated experience analyzing insurance claim evidence and evaluating incident authenticity and causation.
• Strong ability to interpret visual evidence, technical reports, statements, and supporting documentation.
• Experience identifying inconsistencies and potential indicators of staged-loss incidents or fraudulent activity.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce detailed, evidence-based investigative reports.
• Ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly in a remote environment.
