[Hiring] Senior Executive Assistant @Vertu Agent

Role Description

You'll be the right hand to the founder of a US service, finance or advisory firm. You'll run their calendar, inbox and priorities, and build the systems that keep the business moving. Full-time, US business hours. Base pay $1,800–2,600 USD/month.

• Manage the calendar, inbox and travel, and keep the founder one step ahead.
• Run weekly priorities, meeting prep, follow-ups and action-item tracking.
• Speak for the founder with clients, vendors and the team, on calls and over email.
• Build and maintain workflows in Notion, Asana, Zapier, Google Workspace and AI assistants.
• Keep the CRM (HubSpot or similar) clean and up to date.
• Prepare documents, decks and reports, and run light research.
• Spot bottlenecks and fix them without being asked.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an EA or chief-of-staff-style assistant, including 2+ supporting a US founder or executive.
• C1 or better English, and comfort on live client calls.
• Strong command of Google Workspace and at least one project tool.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to speed up work.
• Discretion, ownership and fast response time during US hours.

Requirements

• Nice to have: professional services, finance or real estate experience; HubSpot; Zapier or Make.
• Top of the range: founder-level experience, workflows you've built yourself, and a track record of running ops without supervision.

Benefits

• $20,000–30,000 USD/year ($1,800–2,600/month) base plus potential commission.
• 100% remote, full-time, US business hours.
