Role Description

We need an English-fluent Virtual Assistant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

• Answer calls, emails and website inquiries from families and referral sources; log new leads and book in-home assessments
• Build and update caregiver schedules; fill call-offs and confirm visits with clients
• Track caregiver onboarding paperwork, background checks, training and certifications
• Keep client and caregiver records accurate and confidential in the agency's care software
• Support billing and payroll prep: timesheets, visit verification and invoice follow-up
• Post caregiver job openings
• Prepare simple reports and handle other admin tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year as a virtual assistant, receptionist or admin, ideally in home care or healthcare
• Fluent, friendly spoken and written English; comfortable on the phone with seniors and families
• Strong organization and attention to detail; able to juggle last-minute schedule changes
• Confident with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, email and basic social media
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace and a headset
• Discretion with private health information

Requirements

• Experience with home care software (WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare or similar) - It's a plus
• HIPAA training - It's a plus
• Basic Canva skills for social posts - It's a plus

Compensation

The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,200 - $1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset. This position is for a full-time contract, through a payroll platform. The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
