Role Description
We are hiring Senior ESOP Administrators. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in ESOP knowledge and be customer focused. As a Senior ESOP Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including:
- Recordkeeping
- Compliance testing
- Distributions
- Regulatory reporting

- Columbus, OH
- Westchester, IL
- Maple Grove, MN
We are the largest provider of ESOP Administration services in the country with over 1,500 ESOPs under management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Math, or Economics
- 10+ years’ experience working specifically on ESOP administration including ESOP related compliance testing such as 409(p) testing
- Strong technical knowledge of ESOPs and other qualified retirement plans
- Possess or working towards QPA or QKA certification highly desirable
- Experience in ESOP plan review highly desirable
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and advanced level Excel skills
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, written and time management skills
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Work independently and set priorities with minimal supervision while effectively managing a caseload of large and complex ESOP clients
- Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients
- Interpret documents and resolve technical problems
- Ability to work more than 40 hours per week during peak times
