Role Description

INNOVATIVE AIR SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced and proactive Client Relations Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving client satisfaction.

  • Develop and manage relationships with key client accounts to ensure satisfaction
  • Understand client needs and serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients to enhance their experience
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams to deliver tailored services
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables meet client expectations
  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to strengthen partnerships
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in client relations, account management, or sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven track record of achieving client satisfaction and retention
