Role Description
We are hiring an ESOP Reviewer. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in ESOP knowledge and must be customer focused. As an ESOP Reviewer, you will be responsible for quality review of all steps of the ESOP administration process.
- Ability to work independently and set priorities with minimal supervision while effectively managing a complex ESOP review caseload
- Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication, organization, time-management and client service skills required
- Excellent Excel skills
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients
- Interpret documents and resolve technical problems
- Available to work overtime to cover peak workloads and other business needs
Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience completing administration work for ESOPs as well as proven experience in reviewing the plan work of other ESOP administrators
- The experience should include completion and review of Defined Contribution and ESOP related compliance testing such as IRC 404 deduction testing, IRC 415 annual additions testing and IRC 409(p) anti-abuse testing
- Possess or working towards QPA or QKA certification highly desirable
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
