[Hiring] Senior Business Systems Analyst @Fullbay

Role Description

Fullbay runs on a stack of connected business systems — Salesforce, our ERP, and the tools that power Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and People — and those systems only work as well as the person keeping them configured, connected, and clean. The Senior Business Systems Analyst reports to the VP of IT and owns that responsibility: administering, integrating, and governing the platforms every other team depends on to do their job.

This role is well-suited to someone who's spent years living inside Salesforce and adjacent business systems — not just clicking through the admin console, but designing the integrations, automations, and governance that keep data clean and processes scalable as the company grows. Partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, PX, and IT Security, with regular touchpoints into Engineering and Revenue Operations on systems architecture and reporting alignment.

You will own the configuration, integration, and data integrity of Fullbay's core business applications — the same systems leadership relies on for accurate reporting and the same systems our auditors rely on for SOC 2 evidence. You are responsible for translating business needs into scalable, well-governed system solutions, and for keeping those systems secure, reliable, and audit-ready as Fullbay grows.

Success in this role looks like stable, well-governed systems with minimal integration incidents; clean, deduplicated data leadership can trust for reporting; fast turnaround on access requests and system changes; and audit-ready evidence available on demand.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Business Application Ownership: Administer and continuously improve Fullbay’s core business systems ensuring configurations align with business process and Fullbay standards.
• Cross-Functional Systems Alignment: Partner with Engineering on systems architecture decisions that touch business applications, and with Revenue Operations on reporting and data alignment across the revenue funnel.
• Systems Integration & Automation: Design, build, and maintain integrations between business applications using Scripts, APIs, and iPaaS tools, reducing manual work and improving data flow across systems.
• Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and PX leaders to gather requirements, translate business needs into system configurations, and recommend process improvements.
• Access Governance & IAM Alignment: Manage user provisioning, roles, and permissions within business applications, partnering with IT Security on joiner-mover-leaver processes and least-privilege access standards.
• Data Quality & Governance: Establish and enforce data quality standards across business systems, including deduplication, validation rules, and field governance, to maintain a single source of truth.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into sales, financial, and operational performance.
• Change Management & Release Testing: Own the change management process for business application updates, including sandbox testing, QA/QC, UAT coordination, and release documentation.
• Vendor & License Management: Manage relationships with business application vendors, track license utilization, and evaluate new tools or modules to support business growth.
• Documentation & Training: Maintain system documentation, process runbooks, and end-user training materials, and onboard new users to core business applications.
• Data Security Alignment: Partner with IT Security to ensure business applications meet company security standards, including access reviews and support for SOC 2 evidence collection.
• Adheres to all confidentiality and compliance regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience administering business applications required.
• Demonstrated experience owning system integrations and cross-functional automation projects required.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, or HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions required.
• Experience supporting a SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including flows, validation rules, and reporting.
• Experience with an ERP or financial system, such as NetSuite or Sage Intacct.
• Required platform experience in enterprise class application support, configuration, scripting, security, and support.
• Preferred platform experience: Salesforce, Mulesoft, Intercom, Atlassian Products, ChurnZero, Pendo, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Products.
• Strong SQL skills and experience building reports and dashboards from business system data.
• Understanding of IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, and role-based access controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business teams including Sales, Finance, PX, Security, and Engineering teams.
