Role Description

Sr. Business Systems Analyst w/ NAIC / ISO claims coding experience.

• Location: Remote - Anywhere in US, to work as per ET time zone.
• Experience Range: 8 – 10 Years
• Work Mode: Remote
• Duration: 6 Months+
• Interview Process: 1 Technical Interview (Video) + 1 Client Interview (Video)

Technical Skills:

• Must have NAIC / ISO claims coding experience.
• Unit stat, statutory reporting, or policy coding experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of data issues as an IT advisor to unit stat, finance, and claims users.
• Experience in claims loss reporting across multiple lines (AUTO, GL, WC, Inland Marine, product liability, etc.).
• Ability to modify SQL queries from developers to review data.
• Strong Excel capabilities for data manipulation & reporting.
• Customer service & leadership skills.
• Answer day-to-day questions from business users (unit stat, claims, finance).
• Clarify & direct the development team on their day-to-day questions for stories and support items.
• Proactively analyze data for issues and process improvements in TPA data based on roadmap & patterns of issues.
• Collaborate with the product manager to write stories for developers.
• Explain data issues to business stakeholders & the plans on how to correct such issues in understandable terms.
• Conduct significant data review & research of TPA data, suggesting process improvements, data mapping changes, and one-off data corrections.
