Role Description

Contract Driver (1099, Solo) - Dry Van - OTR

• $1,800 - $2,000 gross total weekly avg. pay
• $0.5 - $0.52 CPM
• 2,800 - 3,500 avg. miles per week
• Line Haul
• No Driver Load/Unload

Home Time:

• 21 - 30 expected days out
• You can stay out longer if you want to
• Get 4 days of home time for every 21 days worked
• No guaranteed weekends home

Freight Handling Details:

• 90% drop and hook
• 10% live load / unload

Pet and Rider Policy:

• Pets are allowed
• Riders are allowed

Carrier and Truck Information:

• Fleet size: 10 trucks
• Semi-trucks are governed at 72 mph
• Mostly automatic semi-trucks
• Can take truck home if requirements are met
• We have Freightliners, Volvos, Macks
• We mainly operate late model trucks
• Truck equipment: Refrigerator
• No driver-facing cameras
• Not hiring SAP drivers

Orientation Details:

• Offers paid orientation
• Accommodation is covered
• Drivers get their own room
• Lunch is included
• Orientation is performed partly or in full online
• Covers some or all travel expenses

Qualifications

• Class A license
• 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
• 12 months OTR experience

Requirements

• Drivers who are currently authorized to operate under T-Force Freight's authority may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
