[Hiring] GTM Recruiting Manager @Stripe

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead a team of Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiters. This role will manage a full-cycle GTM recruiting team, focusing on their development and driving outstanding performance to achieve hiring goals.

• Oversee the development and direct management of a group of recruiters.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage performance metrics.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and productivity of Stripe’s recruiting organization.
• Collaborate closely with GTM leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting management, with a preference for in-house recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of partnering effectively with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process.
• Passionate about mentoring recruiters and providing coaching and guidance.
• Capable of navigating fast-paced environments and providing clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Strong drive to identify and engage top talent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional teamwork abilities and proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience thriving and prioritizing tasks in dynamic, ever-changing environments.
