Role Description

Culture Vitale supports global organizations to elevate teams and leaders through engaging, impactful experiences and sessions, combining wellbeing, creativity and culture, as well as professional development. Each session is tailored to needs – leadership development, team cohesion, energy/engagement boost, confidence, collaboration, creativity, and client relations.

We are inviting senior Leaders & Executives to collaborate on shaping the future of workplace vitality - to drive wellbeing, professional growth, innovation, and cohesion.

Chamber members include senior leaders from the likes of OECD, General Electric, McKinsey, Novartis, Microsoft and more.

Qualifications

• Senior leaders, CXO members, and HR experts/deciders
• Professional English level (given our opportunities are international)
• Deep understanding of organisational culture, well-being, leadership
• Curious, committed, with a passion for people and forward-thinking ideas

Requirements

• Flexible advisory collaboration; ad-hoc cadence; no exclusivity.
• NDAs and non-conflicts validated as needed.
• This is a very limited opportunity for a curated group of experienced leaders, to preserve depth and intimacy.
