The Business Arrangement

This is an independent contractor/self-employment business opportunity, not a salaried employment position. There are no hourly wages, employee benefits, paid vacation, employer-provided healthcare or retirement benefits, or guaranteed compensation. Income is performance-based, with the potential to earn up to US$5,000 per qualifying sale, subject to the applicable compensation plan and eligibility requirements. Actual earnings vary based on the type of personal development programs sold. Business expenses affect net profitability.
