Role Description

This role involves liaising with local Islamic Societies (ISocs) to provide expertise and support for effective growth in the region.

Be the direct contact point for an assigned number of Islamic Societies within the region (Max 3).
Escalate any urgent/critical Islamic Societies issues to the relevant person/department.
Assist the Chair and vices in providing sustainable support and development to Islamic Societies to enable their success as a committee and society.
Ensure relevant services are being provided to Islamic Societies.
Assist in promoting and maintaining a strong FOSIS brand within the region.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all projects, activities, and incidents for their assigned Islamic Societies.
Encourage Islamic Societies engagement with regional and national FOSIS services.
Regularly review and assess Islamic Societies health and committee needs in line with the FOSIS development framework.
