Role Description
This role involves working in the Logistics / Shipping domain with a focus on N4 TOS and marine terminal industry processes.
- 8+ years relevant work experience
- 6+ years experience in any Logistics / Shipping domain
- Firm grasp of N4 TOS as a super user
- Excellent understanding of marine terminal industry and business processes
- Leads Orientation, Analysis and Data Migrations
- Assess options and define conceptual solution design
- Able to do solution design, and assist in development and test phases to ensure delivered solution meets customer objectives
- Suggest solutions for customers on the spot during O&A meetings
- Lead N4 or XPS implementation during the project or any other expertise area
- Container Terminal automation knowledge and expertise preferred (not mandatory)
- Define, prioritize, and document business and operational requirements
- Able to work independently, completes assignments consistently
- Ability to develop relationships with counterpart customer and Kaleris team members
- Excellent listening skills and ability to raise questions in a thoughtful, consultative, ‘trusted advisor’ manner
- Ability to deal with challenges and stressful situations, while maintaining professionalism
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Technical savvy – ability to analyse, configure and integrate systems to achieve required result
- Mentors fellow Consultants
Qualifications
- 8+ years relevant work experience
- 6+ years experience in any Logistics / Shipping domain
