Role Description

Seeking a Human Factors & Ergonomics Professional to support Flight Deck and Human Machine Interface (HMI) design and development. The role involves:

• Human-centered design
• Interface development
• Usability analysis
• 3D modeling
• Testing, validation, and ensuring cockpit systems meet human factors, ergonomic, and certification requirements for aircraft programs

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Industrial Design, or Ergonomics
• Experience with Human Factors/Ergonomics principles
• Hands-on experience with 3D modeling tools (e.g., CATIA, NX, Jack, Rhinoceros)
• Knowledge of aircraft systems (Mechanical Systems, Avionics, Flight Controls, Propulsion) and aerospace regulations
• Strong communication skills; English required, French is an asset
