[Hiring] Executive Coach @The Lighthouse Sydney

Role Description

Do you ever get the sense that you are playing a smaller game than you are meant to be playing? Perhaps you have spent years building a successful track record, and you have no wish to start from scratch, yet you are ready to evolve. You want work that stretches you, expands your capability, and leaves a lasting mark.

We work in partnership with an established international leader in personal growth, mentoring, and leadership education, and we are expanding across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and beyond. We are looking for seasoned professionals ready to trade corporate constraints for genuine autonomy and time freedom.

This is a self-directed, performance-based venture that you can build part-time or full-time, alongside what you already do. Your transferable skills help others find clarity, confidence, and direction, while the established blueprint, intuitive digital platforms, and proven leadership frameworks leave you free to focus on your impact.

If you are ready to move beyond the traditional routine, and towards a professional future that matches your potential, let’s explore what is possible.

What you will be doing

• Connecting with purpose-driven people and helping them map their own path to professional alignment
• Sharing proven leadership and self-mastery frameworks
• Using modern digital tools and established systems to connect and inspire
• Leading by example through your own ongoing personal growth

This is for you if

• Your aspirations are bigger than your present circumstances allow, and you are ready for a more expansive, autonomous way of working
• You value purpose and flexibility far more than the predictability of a corporate role
• You connect with people authentically and love seeing others succeed
• You want to build a sustainable business of your own that delivers genuine time freedom

What you will have access to

• A performance-based model where your results reflect your contribution, with no limit on your potential
• Work that evolves as you grow, personally and professionally
• World-class learning resources and a supportive global mentoring network
• The chance to build on your existing professional strengths rather than start again
• As with any business of your own, there is an initial investment to get started, which we talk through openly in our first conversation

Applying is the first step towards lasting change.
