[Hiring] Executive Assistant @Ionic Digital Inc.

Role Description

IONIC DIGITAL, a digital infrastructure company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to a senior executive.

• Research and book travel – including flights, hotels, and rental cars – and coordinate meeting spaces for conferences and business meetings.
• Manage expense reporting through RAMP, including uploading receipts and tracking reimbursements.
• Manage calendar, reminders, and deadlines across multiple concurrent projects, including milestones requiring executive-level approval.
• Create and edit presentations in partnership with leadership and internal teams.
• Provide basic IT troubleshooting support.
• Locate emails and documents and maintain organized filing systems for management.
• Manage contacts and support conference meeting coordination and strategy.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible, have high energy, be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities where short deadlines are the norm.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and self-start within a lean team.
• Integrity; honesty, trustworthy and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized.
• Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
• Experience coordinating business travel and expense reporting (RAMP experience a plus).
• Ability to work independently in a remote role with a flexible schedule.
