Role Description

Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Healthcare Technology Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving healthcare transformation through technology improvement projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

• Advise healthcare organizations on strategic technology initiatives, including system selection, implementation planning, and digital transformation efforts.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders—clinical, operational, and IT—to assess current-state workflows and identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements.
• Develop and deliver client-facing materials such as strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, business cases, and performance dashboards.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement through interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather requirements, validate findings, and align on solutions.
• Lead or support project management activities including timeline development, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and status reporting to clients and internal leadership.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of firm methodologies, tools, and best practices in healthcare IT advisory services.
• Participate in business development efforts by supporting proposal creation, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth through feedback, mentorship, and ongoing education in healthcare IT trends and practices.

Qualifications

• Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general).
• Expected Graduation: May 2027.
• Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving healthcare through technology improvement projects.
• Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions.
• Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level.
• Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop workplans, track milestones, and manage deliverables across teams.

Requirements

• Ability to travel 20% of the time.
• Available to begin work August 2027.
• Must be authorized to work in the US, visa sponsorship not supported.

Benefits

• Compensation range: $75,000 – $82,000.
• Eligible for an annual performance bonus for salaried positions.
• Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
