Role Description

Our Reporting Support Specialists are calm, resourceful problem-solvers who understand that the in-proceeding experience brings everything together. We love working with professionals who can balance urgency with sound judgment, communicate clearly, and provide thoughtful, real-time support. Whether troubleshooting an issue, monitoring an active proceeding, or helping a reporter navigate an unexpected situation, you’ll be on the front lines helping our reporters provide the white-glove service Remote Legal is known for.

• Support court reporters before, during, and after remote legal proceedings
• Provide real-time operational support and basic technical troubleshooting
• Monitor active proceedings and help identify and resolve potential service issues
• Review proceeding documentation and assist with incident follow-up
• Support reporter onboarding, training, and ongoing operational guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep reporting operations running smoothly

Qualifications

• AAERT CER or CDR certification
• Active notary commission
• Remote oath authorization, such as RON, or the ability to obtain required authorization
• Relevant court reporting or legal industry experience
• Reliable high-speed internet, a private workspace, and appropriate equipment for remote work
