Role Description

We are a premier, boutique property transfer firm dedicated to delivering seamless property settlements and comprehensive conveyancing solutions across Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Form 2 seller disclosures and legal documentation preparation, including:

• Collecting property details
• Issuing required Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks
• Ordering property searches
• Assembling draft disclosures

You will play a pivotal support role by communicating directly with clients to gather transaction details while collaborating closely with offshore and Australian legal teams to deliver complete disclosure packages. This is an ideal position for a meticulous legal or property support professional looking to grow their career within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Practical understanding of Australian property law, conveyancing workflows, and Form 2 document structures.
• Prior experience running AML identity checks and ordering property search reports.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills for professional, direct client interaction and team collaboration.
• Exceptional precision when reviewing legal documents, checking search data, and processing transaction paperwork.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple disclosure files under deadlines.

Requirements

• Prepare, verify, and compile complete Form 2 (Vendor Statements) and statutory seller disclosure documentation.
• Communicate directly with clients to request and verify personal details, property details, and transaction documentation needed for disclosure files.
• Issue, coordinate, and process Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification checks to ensure compliance with Australian legal requirements.
• Order, purchase, and review required land titles, council, and statutory search reports.
• Compile comprehensive draft disclosure files and submit them for final internal verification and approval.
• Coordinate effectively with internal conveyancers and administrative staff to ensure tight disclosure deadlines are met.

Benefits

• Salary range: Php 80,000/month (The final amount will be at the client discretion based on the candidate’s skills and experience.)
