Role Description

• Review published legal-benchmark tasks in the corporate M&A practice area.
• Adjudicate public commentary against task prompts and grading rubrics.
• Complete structural QC across prompts, rubrics, and source documents.
• Conduct data-room red flag reviews, diligence memos, and disclosure schedules.
• Handle SPA-related tasks with 10-100 source documents each.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate M&A practice.
• Strong skills in legal document review and QC processes.
