[Hiring] Claims Associate @eTeam

Role Description

The Claims Associate - Consumer will be responsible for processing claims in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Contract for now, but continuously evaluated based on business need and performance.
• Must be comfortable working without using a VPN and connecting the company-provided computer directly to your home router via an Ethernet cable.
• Position is remote; preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.
• Equipment will be provided (desktop, monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset, cables), but personal device may be needed for training.
• Must have high-speed, broadband internet service with the following speeds:
• Download speed: 25 MB/sec
• Upload speed: 8 MB/sec
• Training Schedule:
• Starting Monday, October 12, 2026
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm ET (assuming a 1-hour, unpaid lunch)
• 2-week training period
• After Training:
• Standard Hours of Operation: 8:00 am-5:00 pm ET (might be some flexibility on Refund Specialist start and end times, depending on performance)
• 8.5-hour total shift including a 30-minute, unpaid lunch (8-hour workday)
• Rep will work their standard schedule Monday through Friday (40-hour workweek)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; no licensing needed.
• One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Claims industry experience preferred.
• Candidates need to be quick decision makers and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of first party property and casualty claim adjudication as applicable to line of business.
• Good oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
