Role Description

Drive business value through technology-enabled solutions by analysing business processes, eliciting requirements, designing system solutions, and supporting transformation initiatives. Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and customer-centric solutions while leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Experience with integrated business systems and technology solutions
• Experience leading business transformation initiatives (Senior level)
• Experience with digital transformation, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions

Requirements

• Investigate and analyse business processes, systems, data flows, and operational requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions
• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and business rules
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and system enhancements
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, architecture standards, and governance requirements
• Design and document innovative business and system solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into implementable solutions
• Support and participate in solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities
• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and expected outcomes
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business processes and customer outcomes
• Participate in AI use case discovery, evaluation, and implementation initiatives
• Support the adoption of AI-enabled tools for business analysis, documentation, reporting, and decision support
• Promote responsible and effective use of emerging technologies
• Participate in functional, integration, user acceptance, and non-functional testing activities
• Validate business processes, calculations, integrations, and system outputs
• Support successful implementation and adoption of new solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor on business systems, technology capabilities, and improvement opportunities
• Support training, change management, and user adoption initiatives
• Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve business performance through technology, automation, analytics, and AI
• Contribute to ongoing business transformation and innovation initiatives
