[Hiring] Assistant Sourcing Specialist @JLL

Role Description

Provide support for Integrated Facilities Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies. Deliver supplier and operational improvements while leading and executing strategic initiatives.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Provide support, instruction, and follow-up to operations teams on RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.
• Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations.
• Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services.
• Act as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management.
• Ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and receive formal review and approval from legal/risk management.
• Assist the Sourcing Leader with work priorities.
• Complete deliverables on time and resolve issues with operations teams, temporary help, and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Provide analysis and compliance reporting to the Sourcing Lead.
• Identify risks and actions, and flag compliance gaps between procurement and work order systems.
• Complete system audits to ensure KPI reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compensation rates in Work Order systems align with service agreements.
• Update rates in accordance with contractual increases and service level changes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Proven ability to work independently while supporting teams in a decentralized environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
