Role Description

We are seeking an experienced consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and administration of the OpenText Archiving solution integrated with SAP. The consultant will be responsible for:

• System setup
• Performance tuning
• Batch scheduling
• Technical validation
• Audit readiness
• Execution of SAP data archiving activities

Qualifications

• OpenText Archiving Administration & Configuration
• SAP OpenText Archiving Connectors
• OpenText System Setup, Performance Tuning & Batch Scheduling
• Storage Repository & Retention Rule Configuration
• Security Roles, Authorizations & Audit Readiness
• SAP Data Archiving Execution & Technical Validation
• Experience with OpenText Archiving and SAP
• Prior work experience in the Industrial Products Industry
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Requirements

• SAP Basis Administration
• OpenText Extended ECM / Document Management
• Experience in Industrial Products Industry
• OpenText and/or SAP certifications are preferred

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide support for OpenText archiving system setup, configuration, and administration.
• Install and configure OpenText archiving components.
• Configure SAP OpenText Archiving Connectors.
• Configure storage repositories and retention rules.
• Perform performance tuning and optimize batch scheduling.
• Conduct technical validations and support audit readiness activities.
• Implement security roles and user authorizations.
• Execute and monitor SAP archiving runs.
• Troubleshoot archiving issues and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
