Role Description

Tealium is seeking a strategic, driven Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor and primary technical authority for our enterprise customers. In this pivotal role, you will:

• Bridge the gap between complex business strategy and technical execution.
• Guide clients through platform configuration, optimization, and value realization across their customer data ecosystem.
• Take complete ownership of customer health, proactively mitigating technical risks.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows to streamline support and accelerate time-to-value.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to advocate for customer needs.
• Drive long-term customer retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing technical account management or technical consulting within a SaaS enterprise environment.
• Strong technical foundation in web and mobile technologies.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data flows and utilize BI or database concepts.
• Excellent strategic communication and relationship-building skills.
