What You'll Do

• Use established digital marketing strategies to generate interest in our leadership and personal development programs and engage prospective clients.
• Connect with prospective clients and conduct brief introductory conversations.
• Listen to individual goals, priorities, and aspirations to assess alignment.
• Introduce interested individuals to relevant program information and guide them through an established evaluation process.
• Develop meaningful professional relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up.
• Independently manage your schedule, activities, and results.

Comprehensive training is provided in the areas of marketing and business development.

This is an independent, self-employed, performance-based opportunity rather than a traditional salaried or hourly position. Compensation is commission-based, with no guaranteed income. Business-related expenses apply, including a required ongoing tool subscription.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Background in client relationship management, account management, customer success, consulting, business development, leadership, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A natural ability to connect with people, listen actively, and ask thoughtful questions.
• Confidence engaging with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
• A relationship-focused approach built on trust, professionalism, and follow-through.
• Self-motivation and the discipline to manage your schedule independently.

• Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required.
